About Me!

LayerbaFirst of all let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Francisco Andrade, I was born in Mexico in August, 1976. We were somewhat poor when we were there, my father was in the United States working hard to send us money and to hopefully someday send for us. Upon arriving in the United States in the late 70’s, my sister was born, and slowly our family grew. We left for Mexico once again for about 4-6 yrs.
    Then again in the mid 80’s we came back to the States, where I have been ever since with my parents, three brothers and one sister. After graduating High School, With Honors, I was forced to quit my studies and start picking fruit, which was due to the fact that I was not a permanent resident of the U.S. I could not apply for any pell grants or scholarships, but they would have accepted me into the Marines with no problem, that is a small oversight in the Rules and Laws of the U.S.
    I had been out of school for almost thirteen years, when I was finally able to go back to school. Even though I was already married with children, I found myself unemployed and had the opportunity to enroll in college to get a degree in a field of study I enjoyed since I’ve been doing this type of work since the late 90’s.
